Content Creator Program Guidelines

Program guidelines • Version 1.1 • October 20, 2026

Create something worth sharing with Spark & Canvas Co. These guidelines describe our selected creator collaborations. An application is not acceptance or a promise of a gift. A signed project brief identifies the contracting business, creator, compensation, deliverables, deadlines, and permissions before work or shipment begins.

Eligibility and selection

Applicants must be at least 18, based in the United States, and control the accounts submitted. We review original content, audience fit, genuine engagement, and communication. No purchase, joining fee, or minimum follower count is required. One account per person or business; disclose shared business accounts.

How collaborations work

A first collaboration normally involves one approved kit. Further kits are discretionary and require completion and review of earlier work. Compensation may be product, a cash fee, or both, as agreed before work. Unsolicited, no-obligation gifts do not carry required deliverables. No sales or positive-review requirement applies to earned content fees.

Default content brief

  • One original vertical unboxing video of approximately 20–45 seconds.
  • One original vertical drill-placement or progress video of approximately 20–45 seconds.
  • Three original product or progress photos.
  • Unboxing due within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery; remaining work within 21 calendar days, unless the signed brief states otherwise.
  • A finished-canvas reveal is not required unless separately agreed with a realistic completion date.

The brief must specify whether files, public posts, or both are required; the posting accounts; any minimum live period; and delivery method. Delivery problems, damaged kits, missing materials, or agreed extensions adjust deadlines in writing.

Content and disclosures

  • Show the actual supplied product and describe its size, drills, colors, finish, and shipping accurately.
  • Do not present supplier images, someone else’s work, or AI-generated results as your own completed kit.
  • Use original or properly licensed footage, music, and images. Provide a clean music-free version when agreed.
  • Clearly disclose gifts, paid collaborations, and affiliate commissions in each relevant post. For video, include an obvious on-screen disclosure and spoken disclosure where appropriate; a buried caption alone is insufficient.
  • Opinions must be honest. No guaranteed positive review, unsupported health claims, false scarcity, or unauthorized offers.
  • Keep shipping labels, addresses, and other personal information out of footage.

Review and payment

We aim to review delivered work within five business days. One consolidated revision may be requested for missing deliverables, factual errors, inadequate disclosures, or objective technical issues. New creative directions outside the brief require a new agreement. Accepted cash fees are payable within 14 calendar days of acceptance unless the brief states otherwise. Honest criticism and low sales do not invalidate accepted work.

Your work and our usage

You retain ownership. Unless changed in a signed brief, you grant a nonexclusive six-month license, starting on acceptance, to display accepted content on Spark & Canvas organic social accounts and website. Cropping, resizing, and captions must not distort your meaning. No paid ads, Spark Ads, raw-footage transfer, resale, sublicensing beyond necessary service providers, or AI likeness/voice cloning is included without separate written permission. Removal or renewal at license expiry is handled under the brief.

Problems and termination

Notify us promptly about problems. A missed deadline normally receives written notice and seven calendar days to respond or cure. New gifts may be paused. Serious deception or impersonation can lead to immediate suspension. No automatic retail-price penalties or card charges apply. Accepted work remains payable; cancellation treatment for work in progress must be agreed in the brief. Honest negative feedback is not misconduct.

Questions and appeals

Use our contact page, identifying your partner ID and project. We aim to resolve disputes within 14 days after receiving the relevant information; any extension will be explained. You may submit one written appeal within 14 days of the decision. No consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived are restricted.

Future program changes normally receive 30 days’ notice; necessary legal or security changes may apply sooner. Existing accepted work and agreed fees are not retroactively reduced.
