Diamond painting is a relaxing craft that combines a printed adhesive canvas with colorful resin drills. Match each symbol on the canvas to the corresponding drill color and place the drills one section at a time.
1. Choose your kit
Pick artwork you love and a size that fits your space and experience level. Larger canvases generally allow more room for visual detail.
2. Prepare your workspace
Lay the canvas on a clean, flat surface. Sort the drills into labeled containers or trays, and keep the protective film over any area you are not working on.
3. Load the applicator pen
Press the pen tip gently into the wax, then use it to pick up one drill at a time. Multi-placer tips can help fill larger areas of the same color.
4. Place the drills
Match the drill color to the symbol chart and press it onto the adhesive canvas. Work in small sections to keep the surface clean and manageable.
5. Finish and display
When the canvas is complete, gently press the drills into place with a clean roller or flat protective layer. Frame or display your finished artwork however you like.
