Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
• Standard Tracked Shipping: $8 for orders under $75.
• Free Standard Tracked Shipping: Available on orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated transit time is 7–15 business days. Please allow approximately 9–20 business days from the order date for processing and delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear.
Multiple Packages
Items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each package.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package appears lost or your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier or supplier to determine the appropriate next step.
