This notice explains how Spark & Canvas Co. handles information submitted for its creator and affiliate programs, together with our store privacy policy.
What we request
Your name, contact email, location, connected social account information, public social or website links, content examples, program interests, and information you choose to provide about your audience and experience. We request confirmation that you meet the minimum age and location requirements. We do not need your birth date, Social Security number, bank details, password, or identity documents in this form.
How we use it
To evaluate applications, verify account ownership, communicate about selection, administer agreed collaborations, and investigate misuse. Applying does not subscribe you to general marketing emails. Marketing subscriptions, if offered separately, require a separate choice.
How it is handled
Applications are submitted through Shopify Collabs and reviewed by authorized Spark & Canvas Co. personnel. Shopify processes account, connected social profile, application, and program information under its applicable privacy terms. Approved partners complete any required payout and tax onboarding through the designated secure service. We do not publish your application or use its content in marketing without permission.
Retention and requests
Our program policy is to review unsuccessful or inactive applications for deletion after 12 months, unless a shorter period is appropriate or retention is needed for a dispute or legal obligation. Accepted partner agreements and payment records are retained as needed to administer the relationship and meet applicable obligations. Requests to access, correct, or delete information can be made through our contact page. Applicable legal exceptions may limit deletion.
Limit submissions to information relevant to your application. Do not include information about other people without authorization.
